Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

We're based in University Place, WA and proudly serve Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Puyallup, Steilacoom, Lake Tapps, Bonney Lake, Federal Way, Spanaway, Maple Valley, and surrounding communities throughout Western Washington. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, give us a call at (360) 689-3751 — we're happy to discuss your project.

We handle everything from ground-up custom home builds and full home remodels to kitchens, bathrooms, decks, outdoor kitchens, flooring, ADUs, and new construction. No matter the size of the project, it receives the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Design-build means we handle both the design and the construction under one roof. Instead of hiring an architect separately and then finding a builder, you work directly with Aaron and James from concept to completion. This keeps communication clear, timelines tight, and your vision intact throughout every phase of the project.

Getting started is easy. Reach out through our contact page or call us at (360) 689-3751 to schedule a free consultation. We'll visit your property, discuss your goals, and provide a detailed, transparent estimate with no hidden fees or surprises.

Timelines depend on the scope of work. A bathroom remodel might take a few weeks, while a full home remodel or custom build can take several months. During your consultation, we'll provide a realistic timeline and keep you informed every step of the way — communication is one of the things our clients appreciate most about working with us.

In most cases, yes. We go above and beyond to minimize disruption — putting down protective floor coverings, setting up plastic wall barricades to contain dust, and cleaning up at the end of each workday. We'll let you know upfront if there are any phases where it might be easier to make temporary arrangements.

You work directly with the owners — Aaron and James — from day one. There's no middleman and no runaround. We believe in fair, competitive pricing without cutting corners, and we communicate with you daily so you're never in the dark. Our 5-star Google reviews speak for themselves — quality craftsmanship and genuine care for our clients is what drives everything we do.

Yes, we do. From studio shed conversions to full ADU builds, we handle the entire process including design, permitting, and construction. ADUs are a great way to add living space, rental income, or a home office to your property. Reach out and we'll walk you through what's possible for your lot.
